Established approximately 1949, Noosaville Fish Market has been operating nonstop for over 60 years. Originally built as an outlet for the Noosaville fish board (established in the early 1940's, at the time located next door) Noosaville Fish Market has been selling raw and cooked seafood to locals and tourists alike.
Now owned and operated by local chef Gary Roser the shop is better than ever. Gary has over 20 years experience in the local hospitality industry, mostly dealing with seafood.
The Roser family has been involved in the food industry in Noosa since 1976, and backed up by another local chef Jamie Lethborg himself with 20 years cooking experience they aim to please.
